Philippe Cohen has 26 years of experience in the energy and commodity related banking and trading business. He is a graduate of the ESCP, Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (1978).
A former banker and financier with 14 years at Banque Paribas and trading-house Vitol S.A., he has been acting for 10 years as an advisor and partner in oil & gas and metals & mining companies, structuring transactions and stock-listing both on exploration & production, as well as on trading & marketing.
He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Southampton Energy Inc.
