C-Nergy and its partners’ early strategy was to identify upstream companies with potential for growth in the African oil and gas business and subsequently acquire equity and assist them commercially and operationally through C-Nergy ’s African network.

While this successful core strategy will continue to be pursued, C-Nergy will also expand into the role of both a direct equity participant and a joint venture partner in promising upstream ventures in both in Nigeria and Indonesia and hopefuly in the long term into the Middle East.

To meet these challenges and achieve the strategic goals, C-Nergy and partners has already taken the necessary financial, commercial and technical steps to reinforce its structure and meet the challenges ahead.
